Instant Network Schools
A Connected Education Programme
Since the Instant Network Schools (INS) programme inception in May 2014, UNHCR and Vodafone Foundation have worked together towards a common vision: empowering refugee schools with Internet and digital tools, to enhance education programmes and achieve greater learning outcomes. This case study provides an overview of the INS programme and outlines a framework Vodafone Foundation and UNHCR co-designed to inform our implementation strategy. The report also highlights key impacts alongside challenges and lessons for good practice.
