Six Resources to Advance Gender Equality in and through Education
Supporting Equity and Inclusion on International Day of the Girl

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the International Day of the Girl, and though there has been tremendous progress toward equality and inclusion worldwide, significant work remains.
USAID’s Center for Education understands that providing equitable access to resources and creating learning opportunities across the education continuum, from pre-primary through higher education, can profoundly impact girls, their families, their communities, and the wider society. For this anniversary milestone, the Center has compiled a collection of resources educators and practitioners can use to integrate gender considerations into programming and prioritize the principles of equity and inclusion.
