USAID's Youthpower Action (YP Action) Soft Skills Tool measures critical soft skills domains that are important to multiple positive youth outcomes in workforce, violence prevention, and family planning and reproductive health. These domains are:

The purpose of this resource is to guide the administration of the YouthPower Action soft skills tool. It covers the basics of the tool itself and offer recommendations for contextualizing and adapting the assessment, as well as analyzing its results. The intended audience is monitoring and evaluation staff working with USAID implementing partners.
