This impact report is based on STEP-Up Zambia engagement with the Ministry of General Education (MOGE) and higher education institutions (HEI) from August 2012 to September 2015. It focuses on the institutional impact of the research engagement (otherwise referred to a policy and research task area) and a summary of the overall STEP-Up Zambia project can be found in Annex 1.
