Transformational Leadership Program: Principles and Practice of Public Policy in Kosovo

After five years of implementation, a program composed of USAID’s Transformational Leadership Program Immersion and Public Service Courses (PPDL) in Kosovo is official closed. The Transformational Leadership Program was launched in early 2014, and its aim was to develop a cadre of leaders to drive significant change in Kosovo in priority economic, political, and social development areas.

The book titled “The Principles and Practice of Public Policy in Kosovo” was a product of the PPDL component of the Transformational Leadership Program. The purpose of this book was to serve as a resource not only for public officials in understanding the general principles of public policy development processes in Kosovo, but also for all students focusing on the field of public policy.
