Planning Education Reforms in Developing Countries
The Contigency Approach
This book offers a set of guidelines for applying contingency theory in planning education reform projects and for selecting appropriate management strategies for their implementation. This work, the first to apply contingency theory to education reform planning, is particularly useful in that it has applications to planning both in developing countries and in the United States and Europe. The basic approach applies to a wide variety of development programs and will influence project management and policy administration.
