USAID Announces New Higher Education Partnership Opportunities Under the STIP Program
USAID's Office of of Education is pleased to announce the posting of new higher education partnership opportunities under the Science, Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (STIP) Annual Program Statement (APS). Please see each opportunity on grants.gov for specific information on each opportunity and instructions on submitting a concept note, partnership requirements, and how to submit questions.
The STIP APS aims to support USAID’s mission of supporting partners to become self-reliant and capable of leading their own development journeys. USAID/Lab believes that through the use of scientific, technological, and innovative approaches and engagement with a diversity of partners, we can be successful in addressing key challenges with efficiency, effectiveness, and meaning. Activities that come out of the STIP APS umbrella strive to be inclusive, transparent, and vehicles by which our local partners are empowered to serve as change agents in their communities.
