USAID Science, Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (STIP) Annual Program Statement (APS) Extended for Another Year
USAID has a long history of engaging higher education institutions (HEIs) to achieve challenging development objectives. Together with HEIs, USAID's Innovation, Technology, and Research (ITR) Hub partners with Agency colleagues, other federal agencies, nongovernmental organizations, foundations, and the private sector to increase the scientific knowledge and evidence directed toward addressing USAID’s development priorities and improving policy and programming decisions. Through the Science, Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (STIP) Annual Program Statement (APS), the ITR Hub, in partnership with Mission(s), Bureaus, and Independent Offices from across the Agency, aims to use scientific, technological, and innovative approaches and engage with a diversity of partners, to successfully address key challenges with efficiency, effectiveness, and meaning. Activities that come out of the STIP APS umbrella will be inclusive, transparent, and empower local partners to serve as change agents in their communities.
The STIP APS is not a Request for Applications (RFA). Rather, the STIP APS requests Concept Note(s) in response to addenda published to this APS. For more information on the STIP APS click here!
