Time to Read!

The purpose of this activity is to support improved early grade reading outcomes in grades 1–4 in targeted schools in the Kyrgyz Republic by improving reading instruction through in-service training to teachers; increasing access to and availability of quality reading materials that will support the development of reading; and enhancing Kyrgyz government support to improve reading, including promotion of out-of-school reading.
