Mobile Solutions Technical Assistance and Research (mSTAR)

This activity supports the Government of Liberia to effectively and sustainably offer mobile payments as an option for the Ministry of Education teachers and staff to receive their salaries via mobile money and to establish appropriate communication mechanisms for teachers who experience issues in collecting their salaries through this mechanism.
