Jordan School Expansion Project (JSEP)

This activity supports improvements in the quality of and access to basic education in Jordan with the expansion of up to 120 existing schools, construction of 300 new kindergarten classrooms, and 50 new sports fields and facilities. The infrastructure work is taking place nationwide, with a focus on host communities where Syrian refugees have dramatically increased school enrollment figures. The activity aims to improve the quality of education services by improving the learning environment.
