All Children Reading-Cambodia
This activity aims to improve early grade reading skills of children in grades 1–3. The outcomes for the activity include: improved capacity of the Ministry of Education and Youth Services to effectively manage at the national, provincial, district and school levels; evidence-based early grade reading programmes developed with the appropriate education system, support mechanisms and policies in place that are more inclusive, relevant and responsive to the needs of children, in particular to children with disabilities; strengthened partnerships that support early grade reading objectives in Cambodia; and meaningful participation of children with disabilities in the learning process with improved performance, writing and mathematics.
